Meet Emily

TRANSACATION MANAGER

Starting her career as the Market Research Manager for a consulting firm in Santa Cruz County, Emily relocated to San Luis Obispo County in 2002. By chance, she took a temporary receptionist position at an escrow office. This quickly turned into a permanent Escrow Assistant position, and she’s been working in real estate ever since.

Emily began working for an independent real estate Broker in San Luis Obispo in 2008, earned her Salesperson license in 2009, and went on to earn her Broker License in 2013. All this time, she has been behind the scenes managing the flow of paperwork for hundreds of transactions, from traditional home sales to short sales and REOs.
